From ISIS and terrorism in general to Russia to Iran, this country faces (and will continue to face) a series of serious foreign policy changes over the coming years. The next administration will certainly have its hands full on the world stage. However, the recent massive cyber attack on the federal government that hacked into the information of some 14 million federal employees has once again brought China back to the forefront. It’s been a couple of weeks since President Obama went to the give the commencement address at the United States Coast Guard Academy, where he labeled “climate change” as a key threat to national security. Non-citizens voting is a terrible idea. Support for...Read More
By now, almost everyone is familiar with the recent shooting in Garland, Texas, where ISIS-inspired terrorists attempted to carry out an attack at a ‘Draw Mohammed’ contest held by Pamela Geller. Almost immediately after the event, the media raced to ask questions such as, “why would Geller hold such an event?“ and “does free speech cover hate speech?“ The question the media should be asking is, “why do some Muslims consider it acceptable to respond to criticism or negative publicity with mass murder or attempted mass murder?” Why does a cartoon drawing warrant the death penalty? Mormons and Christians do not respond to criticism...Read More
