This past week the famous conservative gathering, Conservative Political Action Conference, or CPAC, was held on the outskirts of Washington D.C. As a first time attendee, the conference provided me and others with many different experiences that helped grow our conservative and patriotic hearts. The Speakers Probably the most exciting of these experiences, especially for the new attendees, was the speakers. CPAC hosted speakers like Donald Trump, Mike Pence, Ben Shapiro, and Devin Nunes. Prayer is a highly contested topic when school shooting tragedies occur. The functionality of prayer is perhaps only second to actual gun control discussion. Tomi Lahren and Nikki Haley pose two drastically different images of politically right-leaning women. How anyone can view Lahren as a role model is beyond me. Lahren became famous through One America News, and that pretty much summarizes who she...Read More

However, conservatives must view conflict as something we can benefit from rather than seeking to avoid it. It strengthens our arguments When conservatives engage in discussions or arguments about different values, it strengthens our own viewpoints. Disagreement helps build your ability to argue logically, and forces you to improve your researching abilities. The better researched an argument is, the more confidently you can present it, and the more authority it carries. It brings our ideas...Read More
A lot of pro-lifers, myself included, come to the movement through the path of religion. However, there are many people who oppose abortion for purely secular or practical reasons. In order to have useful discussion with dissenters, it’s important to have reasons other than religious beliefs for choosing life. Here are just three examples of non-religious ideals or beliefs people can hold that may lead them to choose life. 1. Each Person’s Intrinsic Value The anti-bullying movement, which is largely heralded and controlled by the left, has successfully earned the emotional support of the nation. A big part of this is promoting...Read More
